World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies Release Five-year Plan：Draw a New Blueprint for the International Development of Chinese Medicine

 

At present, the world is undergoing major changes unseen in a century. The international political and economic environment is becoming more and more complex, and the uncertainty and instability are obviously increasing. Global health governance is facing many challenges, medical models are changing, the world's population is aging, lifestyle diseases are increasing day by day, infectious diseases are breaking out globally, and the medical burden of countries is increasing. The holistic, dialectical, and people-oriented concept of health in Chinese medicine, and its exact clinical efficacy, have unique advantages and effects in solving the above-mentioned challenges. Especially since the outbreak of the new crown epidemic, Chinese medicine has been actively involved and has significant effects and has been widely recognized by the international community. It can be said that "the development of the world needs traditional Chinese medicine, and human health needs traditional Chinese medicine".
